高产絮凝剂菌株G-203的筛选及其性质 被引量:2

摘要 从活性污泥中分离得到一株高产絮凝剂菌株G-203,经16SrDNA测序后鉴定为Klebsiellasp.G-203菌产生的絮凝剂LH5-2是一种胞外絮凝剂,经组分分析,LH5-2是一种含有少量蛋白的多糖物质。LH5-2在pH=7~12时稳定性好,在质量浓度为0.12—0.42g/L时絮凝活性维持较高水平,最高达98.98%。菌株G-203发酵40h絮凝剂产量达到最高值11.9g/L,糖的转化率为59.5%。 Germ G-203 with high flocculating activity was obtained from activated sludge, and was identified to be Klebsiella sp. through 16S rDNA sequencing method. Bioflocculant LH 5-2 is a kind of extracelluar polymer substance which is a polysaccharide con- taining a small amount of protein. At pH 7-12 and LH 5-2 concentrations from 0.12 to 0.42 g/L, the flocculating activity maintains a high level,and reaches up to 98.98% at most. When G-203 is fermented for 40 h,LH 5-2 reaches its maximal yield 11.9 g/L and the sugar conversion rate achieves 59.5%.
