摘要
对马钢凹山铁矿区断层带中规模较大的粘土矿,采用化学分析、岩矿鉴定、X衍射分析、红外吸收光谱分析、差热分析、透射电镜及物理工艺性能等综合分析测试方法进行了研究,查明其岩石、矿石类型及6种类型矿石的物质组分和矿物特征、2组矿石样品的物理工艺性能,在此基础上。
The clay mineral deposit, mainly composed of kaolinite and a certain quantity of montmorillonite, in the fault zone of Maanshan Iron Mine has a fine comprehensive utilization prospect. A series of analytical and measuring methods are used in the study of chemical identification of rock and mineral, X ray diffraction, infrared absorption spectrum, differential thermal and transmission electron microscope as well as physical technical properties. Through the analysis, the types of rocks and ores, the physical components and mineral features of six kinds of ore, the physical technical properties of two sets of ore sample have been identified. The improvement measures for the ore preparation and ore quality are high gradient magnetic separation to bring down the contents of iron and titanium, bleaching process to treat ground ore slurry, deoxidized reaction under the acid condition, dehydrolysis and washing to further decrease the content of iron and increase the whiteness of kaolin based on the features of stained minerals.
