摘要
通过生命周期评价法计算得到,轮胎用原料隐含能耗占了轮胎产品全能耗的83.92%,其中钢丝帘线的载能占原材料能耗的60%以上,亟需改进生产工艺并推进废旧轮胎循环利用;此外,通过提高轮胎性能减少使用过程中的能耗也是降低轮胎产品全能耗的有效手段。
It is calculated by life cycle assessment that the energy consumption of raw materials for tire takes up 76.5% of the total.In which steel cord energy takes up above 60% of the total raw material energy consumption.The improvement of process technology and utilization of waste tire are badly needed.To upgrade tire property and decrease energy consume during its application are also one of the effective ways for lower the energy consume.
