摘要
智能建筑工程是房地产开发安装工程中的五个分部工程之一,作为正处于全面发展期的分部工程,国内各地的具体操作流程都不太一致。同时,建筑智能化工程在整个房地产投资中的比率越来越高,开发商对其也越来越重视。因此,规范此工程的操作流程已迫在眉捷。笔者就房地产公司中对建筑智能化工程的基本操作进行交流与探讨。
Intelligent building is one of five divisions of real estate development project, as is in the comprehensive development of the Division of Engineering, the specific operational procedures around the country are not the same, while intelligent building project in the entire real estate investment in the increasingly high rate, so to regulate the operation of this project is imminent. The basic operation of intelligent building for real estate companies will be discussed in the paper.
