摘要
采用阳极氧化-电化学沉积方法在钛基材表面制备了牙种植材料TiO2/HA复合涂层,并与在相同条件下制备的单一羟基磷灰石涂层进行了比较。采用SEM、EDS、FTIR等技术对所得的涂层形貌和成分进行测试表征。结果表明,纯钛基材在5wt%HF电解液中,经过20V电压阳极氧化60min,形成了较为理想的TiO2纳米管阵列结构,再经过电流密度为0.85mA/cm2的电化学沉积后,获得了孔隙率较好的针状羟基磷灰石涂层。
TiO2/hydroxyapatite composite coatings of dental implant material were fabricated on titanium substrate by anodic oxidation-electrochemical deposition. HA coating was prepared in the same conditions as comparison. The morphologies and the composition of the films were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), EDS and FTIR. The results show that the desired TiO2 nanotube structure can be obtained by anode oxidation using 5wt% HF, voltage of 20V for 60 minutes on the surface of titanium and the better porosity needlelike HA coating can be obtained by electrochemical deposition under the current density of 0.85mA/cm^2.
