摘要
利用ＮＯＡＡ／ＡＶＨＲＲ极轨气象卫星遥感与ＧＩＳ集成干旱遥感监测研究成果，建立了河南省干旱遥感监测信息系统。介绍了该系统的软硬件配置和主要功能，并给出了具体应用例子。
The information system on monitoring
drought in Henan province was established on the basis of the research achievements of
monitoring drought by polar orbit meteorological satellite data integration of GIS.The system
software,hardware and main functions were introduced.Finally,some application examples were
given.
