波利特联合黛力新治疗上腹痛综合征的疗效观察

摘要 目的:探索上腹痛综合征临床上的药物治疗方案,观察各方案的临床疗效。方法:将我院2007年1月-2009年12月内科药物治疗120例上腹痛综合征患者随机分为A、B、C三组,收集三组治疗方案的相关临床资料并进行分析。其中A组采用单纯的黛力新治疗,B组为单纯波利特治疗方案,C组为波利特与黛力新的联合治疗。结果:三组临床疗效总体有效率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并将三组两两比较时发现,C组临床治疗的总有效率最高为90%。随访4个月后复发率以C组最低(2.5%)。结论:波特利联合黛力新治疗上腹痛综合征的效果比较满意,副作用小,在临床上具有一定推广价值。
