摘要
目的:评价16层螺旋CT血管造影在脑血管疾病筛查与诊疗中的价值。方法:回顾分析我科25例头颅16层螺旋CT平扫及血管造影患者的临床和影像学资料,其中11例行CTA检查后进行MRI及MRA检查,8例行DSA及手术治疗。结果:CTA显示25例患者中8例为动脉瘤,5例动脉狭窄、闭塞,1例动静脉畸形,1例烟雾病,4例为动脉瘤术后复查,3例动脉狭窄、闭塞治疗后复查,3例阴性,8例证实。结论:16层螺旋CT血管造影为脑血管疾病筛查、病因诊断、治疗效果观察的首选检查方法。
Objective：To Evaluate the value of 16-Slice Spiral CT Angiography in screening and treating Cerebrovascular Diseases.Methods：Retrospect the clinical and video datas in the 25 cases of CTA patients which our department had analysised,MRI and MRA were performed after a routine CTA in 11 cases while DSA and surgical treatment were performed in 8 cases.Results：Among the 25 cases,there were 8 cases of Aneurysm,5 cases of Artery stenosis or occlusion,1 case of Arteriovenous malformation,1 case of Moyamoya disease,4 cases of Aneurysm surgery and 3 cases of Artery stenosis or occlusion were reviewed after therapy,3 cases were negative.8 cases had been confi rmed.Conclusions：16-Slice Spiral CT Angiography was the preferred method to screen Cerebrovascular disease,diagnose the causes of diseases and observe the effect of treatment.
