摘要
目的对宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变进行临床观察，以分析其疗效。方法选择30例行宫颈电环切除术的患者进行观察，然后对其疗效、于术情况以及术后病碑情况统汁与分析。结果30例患者治愈率高达90．00％，且该手术具有时间短、术中出血少、愈合快以及诊断率高等优点。结论宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变具有传统手术无法比拟的优势，且该手术是治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变安全、有效的方案。
Objective To observe the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） with loop electrosurgical excision procedure.Methods choose 30 cases of patients treated by the loop electrosurgical excision proeedure were observed ,then statistics and analysis the efficacy, the situation of operation and the pathological conditions after operation.Results the cure rate of 30 patients reached 90.00%, and the surgery has advantages of short time,less bleeding, rapid healing and and offers a high diagnostic rate.Conelnsion Its advantage that the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） with loop electrosurgical excision procedure is incomparable to traditional operation,and this Surgery is safety and efficient scheme for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）.
