摘要
本文从青年医务工作者的特点出发,详细介绍了上海某中心青年群体建设的基本经验。青年组织群体在医院上下沟通中起到了非常重要的作用,成为了培养优秀医务人才的一个有效平台。未来青年组织的建设重点应当结合其自身特点,将医务青年的自身发展和医院发展紧密联系在一起,在奉献中体现自我价值。
Based on the characteristics of young medical personnel,the experience of building youth group organization in the hospital was introduced,the effect on communication and cultivation of young medical personnel was evaluated and principles to develop these youth group organization were discussed in this paper.
