摘要
针对岩石锚杆基础应用于实际输电线路工程中所面临的问题,进行了真型岩石锚杆基础在竖向上拔或上拔与水平复合作用工况下的载荷试验,为岩石锚杆基础设计提供基础承载力、锚筋与混凝土间粘结强度等参数。基于基础的典型破坏表现形式、荷载-位移关系和锚筋应变-埋深关系等试验结果,分析了基础的主要破坏状态和承载特性,以及锚筋传递荷载的特性。试验研究结果表明,岩石锚杆基础应用于中风化、强风化的基岩分布地区,满足输电线路上部结构对基础承载力的要求,具有良好的经济和社会效益;荷载-位移关系曲线存在明显第一拐点,对应位移小于10 mm;基岩风化程度越高,基础承载力越小且位移越大;水平荷载对群锚基础上拔稳定性存在不利影响。
According to the problems occurring in application of the rock anchor foundation to transmission lines,loading test was carried out for prototype rock anchor foundations with the working condition of vertical uplift or three-direction loading in order to obtain such parameters as the bearing capacity and the bond strength between anchor bar and concrete for design of the rock anchor foundation.Based on the testing results such as the typical failure modes of foundations,the load-displacement relation,and the strain-buried depth relation of the anchor bar,an analysis is made on the main failure states and the bearing characteristics,as well as the load transmission characteristics of anchor bars.The testing results indicate that the rock anchor can be applied in moderately and strongly weathered rock foundations with good economic benefits.In the load-displacement curve exists an obvious inflexion point,at which the corresponding displacement is less than 10 mm.The higher the weathered extent of bedrock is,the lower the foundation bearing capacity is and the greater the displacement is.The horizontal load has the adverse effect on the uplift stability of group anchor foundation.
