摘要
本研究以浙江省试办高校高水平运动队的高校为研究对象,包括杭州、宁波、金华等地区共六所试办高校。研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查、数理统计法等方法,分析影响浙江省高校高水平运动队竞技水平的五大主要管理因素:项目布局、教练员、运动员、学校投入和运动竞赛的经历;针对发现的问题提出高校高水平运动队的建设和管理中的一些对策,为推进浙江省高校高水平运动队的良好发展服务。
The subjects of the study are 6 higher education institutes（HEIs） with high-level sports teams in Zhejiang Province,including Hangzhou,Ningbo and Jinhua who employ the system as trial programs.It adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The study also analyzes the top five affecting factors of the competitiveness of these teams,including arrangement of sports,coaches,athletes,and the investment of universities and frequency of competition.To address the problems in the establishment and management of the sports teams,the paper proposes some countermeasures to enhance the development of the high-level sports teams in HEIs.
