摘要
开发了一套适用于兽药与饲料实验室管理的操作简便、实用及扩展性强的量化管理功能组件,应用于广东省兽药与饲料监察总所绩效管理。该组件采用J2EE分布式组件技术,结合量化管理方法,很好地整合到原有的B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式的兽药与饲料实验室管理系统中。应用实践表明,该系统实现了对实验室人员工作状况的全过程管理,促进了检验工作的规范化、流程化,提高了工作效率,保证了人员绩效考核的公开、公平、公正。
A simple practical and extensible quantitative management function component was developed and applied in LIMS of Guangdong institute of veterinary drug and feedstuffs control.According to service requires of this institute,the function component was developed which using J2EE distributed component technologies,combined with quantitative management methods.And then,the function component was integrated in laboratory information management system of veterinary drug and feedstuffs with B/S（browser/server） model.Application shows that the system realize the whole process of management of laboratory personnel working conditions,promote the standardization of management and processes,improve efficiency and ensure the openness,fairness,justice of the personnel performance appraisal.
