盐酸浸提-离子选择电极法测定唾液中的氟

摘要 目的建立盐酸提取唾液中氟化物的离子选择电极测定法。方法唾液经过盐酸浸泡后,释放出唾液中的氟化物,由柠檬酸钠缓冲液增加氟的活度,用氟离子选择电极法测定。结果标准曲线相关系数为0.999 7,相对标准偏差为1.76%-6.36%,回收率94.4%-103.2%。结论实验结果表明,该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于批量唾液样品分析。 Objective To establish a method for hydrochloric acid extraction-ion selective electrode determination of fluoride in saliva.Methods After soaking in hydrochloric acid,fluoride was released from saliva,and activity of fluoride was increased with sodium citrate buffer and detected with fluoride ion selective electrode method.Results Correlation coeffficient of working curve was 0.999 7 with relative standard deviation of 1.76%-6.36%,and recovery rate of 94.4%-103.2%.Conclusions The results show that the method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be applied widely and suitable for trace analysis of saliva samples.
