摘要
我国民族成人高等教育已从教育需求向需求教育、从纯学历提升需求向多种培训需要、从追求规模效益向精品效益、从指定培训课程向协商课程、从高校选学员向学员选高校及教师、从功利教育需求向休闲教育需求等方向转型,对此,民族成人高等教育办学者和研究人员的视阈也应作相应的转型。
The ethnic adult higher education of our country changes in direction from education demand to demand education,from mere academic credential to diversified training requires,from seeking the scale efficiency to seeking the exquisite efficiency,from designated training curriculum to negotiation curriculum,from university choice of students to students’choice of university and teacher,and from utilitarian education demand to leisure education demand.So perspectives of school runners and researchers in the ethnic adult higher education change accordingly.
