摘要
不平衡控制是配电网静止同步补偿器(D-STATCOM)在实际应用当中必须考虑的问题。为此,提出了电网电压不平衡条件下配电网静止同步补偿器的两种不平衡控制策略,即面向装置的不平衡控制策略和面向系统的不平衡控制策略。面向装置的不平衡控制策略主要用来改善装置的输出性能和保障装置的安全稳定运行,面向系统的不平衡控制策略主要用来改善公共连接点供电电压的不平衡度。给出了两种控制策略的详细设计过程,并给出了在两种不平衡控制策略下的仿真结果。当采用面向装置的不平衡控制策略时,D-STATCOM能有效地抑制因为不平衡电压带来的波形畸变和装置过流问题;当采用面向系统的不平衡控制策略时,D-STATCOM能有效地解决供电电压质量问题。仿真结果表明所提的不平衡控制策略是正确的、可行的。
Unbalanced control strategy of distribution static synchronous compensator(D-STATCOM)must be taken into consideration when it is used in practical application engineering.We put forward two kinds of unbalanced control strategies for D-STATCOM under unbalance voltage conditions,namely,equipment-oriented unbalance control strategy and system-oriented unbalance control strategy.The equipment-oriented unbalance control strategy is to improve the output performance of D-STATCOM and to ensure the safe operation of D-STATCOM,and the system-oriented unbalance control strategy is to improve the voltage quality of the point of common coupling.The design process of the two kinks of unbalanced control strategies was presented,and the simulation results under unbalanced control strategy were obtained.The distortion of output current of D-STATCOM and the over current problem were resolved under equipment-oriented control strategy.The results reveal that the voltage quality is improved under system-oriented unbalance control strategy,and the correct and feasible of the unbalanced control strategy proposed is verified by the simulation results.
