摘要
采用炭黑、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)与聚烯烃熔融共混,制成具有电致形状记忆特性的复合材料(电致SMP)。研究了炭黑含量、过氧化二异丙苯、聚烯烃和形变条件温度、电压对这种电致SMP结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当炭黑含量达到20%(质量分数)左右时,电致SMP的体积电阻率降至1×10^3Ω·cm,导电网络趋于稳定;当温度升高至90℃以上时,低密度聚乙烯/SEBS基电致SMP的形状记忆能力优于聚丙烯/SEBS基和高密度聚乙烯/SEBS基的。
The electro-induced shape memory composite materials(SMP) were prepared by melt blending polyolefin with thermoplastic elastomer hydrogenated styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) and carbon black. The effects of carbon black,DCP, polyolefin and deformation conditions(temperature and the applied voltage) on the structure and performance of electro-induced SMP were investigated. The results show that when the carbon black content is of 20%, the volume resistivity of electro-induced SMP is about 1×10^3Ω·cm and the conductive network gets stable. When materials of electro-induced SMP are heated to 90℃, the memory performance of LDPE/ SEBS SMP is superior to that of PP/SEBS and HDPE/SEBS SMP.
