介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果.方法 采用回顾性分析方法分析60例经介入栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者临床资料.结果 60例颅内动脉瘤患者完全栓塞57例（95%）,大部分栓塞3例（5%）,治疗前NIHSS评分（21.5±3.6）分,治疗后（16.3±2.9）分,治疗后明显优于治疗前（P〈0.05）.结论 介入栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤临床效果明显,神经功能恢复良好,值得临床推广应用.
