中美“货币战争”:醉翁之意在乎山水之间?
摘要
在2010年10月8日至10日的国际货币基金组织和世界银行秋季年会上，人民币汇率问题再次成为焦点话题；日本也因为不堪忍受汇率升值逼近历史高位带来的压力，终于在10月15日出手干预外汇市场；韩国、巴西、英国、印度等经济体也已经或正在考虑干预本国的汇率走势。一场国际汇率政策的冲突气氛顿时弥漫开来。
