摘要
学习型党组织是指党组织全体成员在共同目标的指引下注重学习、传播、创新知识,具有持久创新能力去创造未来的党组织。发挥高校文化优势,建设学习型党组织,就要坚持解放思想,践行科学发展观,以创先争优活动为契机,不断加强学习型党组织建设。同时,要通过建立健全长效机制,努力实现学习型党组织建设由被动向主动、由经验向科学的转变。
The learning part organization has an eternal innovative ability to create the future,that all the part members attach great importance to learning,propagating and innovative knowledge under the guideline of the common goal.Exerting advantage of universities campus culture and establishing the learning part organization must stick to emancipating the minds and implement the scientific development ideal,taking the opportunity of the ＂Strive for the Best One＂ activities and promote the construction of learning party organization.Meanwhile,we must change the learning party organization from a passive position and experience to an initiative position and science through the establishment of a sound long-term mechanism.
