摘要
我国高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式的探索虽然取得了一定的成果,但随着科技日新月异的发展,计算机人才培养模式与企业实际用人要求还有一定的差距,存在培养目标宽泛、课程设置滞后、"双师结构"教师缺乏、人才培养与市场需求脱节等问题。因此,计算机专业人才培养模式改革要主动适应市场需求,科学定位培养目标,以就业为导向,构建"素能本位、校企互动、课证融合"的人才培养模式,并进行课程体系和教学模式改革,优化师资队伍结构,进一步提高人才培养的效率和质量,更好地满足社会经济发展对计算机应用人才的需求。
The computer professional＇s training mode has made some achievements in polytechnic colleges.However,with the rapid changes in technology,this model still exist a gap with the actual employment＇s requirement of business,such as broad training objectives,laggard curriculum sets,teachers＇ insufficiency for ＂double teacher＇s structure＂,the out-of-joint of personnel training and the market demand and so on.Therefore,the computer training model＇s reform should meet the market needs,plan the training objectives and employment-oriented to build the professional＇s training mode of ＂quality and capacity first,school-enterprise interaction,course-certificate integration＂.We should reform the curriculum system and teaching mode,optimize the structure of teaching staff to improve the efficiency and quality of personnel training,and better meet the demand for computer＇s professionals of the social and economic development.
