摘要
建立有效、合理的培训机制在高职院校人力资源开发和管理中具有重要意义。高职院校要培养高素质的人才队伍,增强自身可持续发展能力,离不开教职人员的培训。针对教职人员培训的现状及存在的主要问题,高职院校要突破传统培训观念,充分利用培训资源,构建高职教职人员培训机制。
It's important to establish effective and reasonable training system in the development and management of human resources.The faculty training could construct the high-quality talents and enhance the capacity of the sustainable development.As to the current situation of the faculty's training,higher vocational college should break through the traditional training concept,make full use of training resources and construct the faculty training system.
