摘要
通过分析和研究我国地方高等学校的发展现状及其在办学定位、人才培养等方面存在的问题,从立足地方、科学定位、特色办学等方面探讨地方高校发展策略,对于地方高等学校的快速健康发展以及我国高等教育系统的整体发展都具有重要的现实指导意义。
This paper analyses the status quo of the local college and the existing problems in the aspects of school-running orientation and talent cultivation,and points out that localized foothold,scientific orientation and characteristic school-running could be the corresponding strategies for the sound and fast development of the local college and thus that of the higher education as a whole.
