摘要
我校与国际物流与运输学会(C ILT)/上海西禾特供应链管理有限公司合作开办物流管理专业,应建立基于海外合作的"托盘化"物流人才培养模式。在专业方向、课程体系、教学计划、教学方法、学习方式、校园文化等方面借鉴物流托盘化的理念,打造复合型高素质、与国内外企业物流岗位相匹配的国内国际共用化物流人才,从而提高人才培养的效率,有效促进就业和减轻学生学费负担。
CILT/Shanghai West Wo Special Supply Chain Management Co.Ltd.and Fujian Commercial College have been performing cooperation in the major of logistic management.Meanwhile,such overseas cooperation should be based on＂palletized＂ mode for cultivation of logistics talents.We should learn the palletized notion of logistics from the aspects of professional direction,curricula system,teaching plan,teaching methods,learning approaches,and campus culture,cultivate the qualified logistic talents to improve the efficiency of talent cultivation,stimulate employment and reduce the tuition.
