摘要
物流业属于新兴服务产业,是我国经济做大做强的重要支撑。然而,其能耗高和碳排放量大也是不争的事实。物流业实现节能减排,利用信息技术是个不可或缺的因素。发展低碳物流应从信息化、网络化、智能化等方面入手,建立物流公共信息平台,发展多式联运,引入最优化决策模型。这是实现智能低碳物流的必经之路。同时,政府要积极引导,促使物流业从战略高度进行审视,避免陷入利益集团的纷争之中。在强化全社会物流低碳化意识的同时,还需建立低碳物流补偿机制。这样才有可能形成"政府搭台,企业唱戏"的良好局面,共同推动低碳物流的发展。
Logistics,a burgeoning service industry,is a vital support of strong national economy except its high energy consumption and huge carbon emission.Information technology is an indispensable factor to realize energy conservation and emission reduction.From the aspects of information,network,and intelligence,we should build public information platforms of logistics,develop multimodal transportation,and introduce optimal decision mode to realize low-carbon logistics.Meanwhile,the government should actively introduce and promote logistics supervision from strategic view and avoid the dispute of interest group.In addition,we should increase the awareness of low-carbon logistics of all the society and build compensating mechanism of low-carbon logistics.Thus we can possibly form a favorable situation of the governments setting up the stage and various departments cooperating to promote the development of low-carbon logistics.
