摘要
对目前我国城市中土木工程施工中普遍存在的环境公害问题进行了较系统全面的研究，提出了符合工程实际的公害防治对策和土木工程施工公害指数（ＥＰＩ）的概念与计算方法，并结合ＩＳＯ１４０００系列环境标准和国家的有关法律法规，提出了土木工程施工公害管理的概念，建立了土木工程施工公害管理体系．
This paper makes a systematic study on the environmental pollution of civil engineering construction, a common problem in cities in China. It puts forward a prevention and control method of the problem all-sidedly and a calculating method of Environmental Pollution Index(EPI) according to civil engineering reality as well as a conception on the management of environmental pollution. A management system of environmental pollution in civil engineering construction is established, conbined with the ISO14000 series EM standard and laws & regulations concerned in China.
