摘要
针对现阶段自行车系统评价的不足,基于硬件和软件两个方面,构建线路设施及管理、停车场设施及管理的评价指标体系,采用广义函数法计算综合评价系数。并以北京西直门交通枢纽周边自行车交通为例进行系统评价应用,验证了指标体系的可用性。
Aiming at the limitation of present system evaluation for bicycle and based on hardware and software,an evaluation index system including road facilities and management,parking facilities and management is built.The general function method is adopted to compute its comprehensive evaluation coefficient.The bicycle traffic around Xizhimen Traffic Terminal in Beijing is taken as an example for the application of the evaluation system,which can verify the availability of evaluation index system.
