Research Progress of Bioethanol from Jerusalem Artichoke

摘要 从发酵工艺、栽培、收获等方面概述了国内外菊芋制备生物乙醇方面的研究进展,在分析菊芋制备生物乙醇的优势的同时,提出了菊芋制备生物乙醇产业化中尚待解决的一些问题。 Research progress of bioethanol from jerusalem artichoke on aspects of fermentation,culture and harvest were reviewed.Advantages as well as problems in ethanol production from jerusalem artichoke were also analyzed.
