摘要
以幼嫩盐地碱蓬为试验材料,通过对其进行7种营养成分测定,研究其食用价值,为盐地碱蓬的开发利用提供参考。结果表明,新鲜碱蓬中糖、蛋白质含量丰富,富含粗纤维、类胡萝卜素和氨基酸,并含有VC,同时亚硝酸盐含量为1.125μg/g,完全符合安全食用标准,是一种可食用野菜。
With Suaeda salsa as test material,the edible value was studied through determination of 7 nutrient components,which will provide reference for S.salsa development and utilization.The results showed that the content of sugar and protein is rich,and rich in crude fiber,carotenoids and amino acids and contains VC.At the same time,the content of nitrate is 1.125 μg/g.Because the results conform to the safe standards for human consumption,salsa is a kind of edible wild plant.
