A RAPID METHOD FOR RNA ISOLATION BY SILICA

摘要 根据矽石能与核酸结合的特性,建立了用矽石提取细胞和组织总RNA的方法,方法简便、快速,所得RNA适用于各种研究。 By means of binding capability of silica with nucleic acid,a simple and rapid method for total RNA isolation by silica is described. The method is adapted for isolation of RNA from celis and variable tissue samples. RNA isolated by this method can be used for various researches.
