DDC诱导大鼠慢性胰腺炎动物模型的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:用DDC大鼠腹腔注射法,观察胰腺的病理学变化和TGF—β1的表达,为建立慢性胰腺炎(CP)的动物模型做可行性探讨。方法:用DDC对实验(model,M)组大鼠腹腔注射,对照组(contrast,c)用生理盐水代替DDC进行相同的操作。结果:实验组大鼠有明显慢性胰腺炎的病理改变;对照组胰腺组织呈现正常状态。同时实验组TGF—β1表达比对照组增高,有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:DDC可在较短的时间诱导大鼠慢性胰腺炎,导致胰腺纤维化,并引起TGF—β1高表达。
