布氏田鼠冷暴露中的适应性产热机理 被引量:4

MECHANISMS OF ADAPTIVE THERMOGENESIS IN BRANDT'S VOLES (MICROTUS BRANDTI) DURING COLD EXPOSURE

摘要 布氏田鼠急性冷暴露,在最初2小时内体温明显下降,冷驯化28天后,体温相对稳定。冷暴露1天,动物的褐色脂肪组织蛋白量明显增加,cAMP含量及Na+/K+-ATP酶活力明显升高。28天冷驯化动物的褐色脂肪组织重量明显增加,CAMP含量增加更高,蛋白量、Na+/K+-ATP酶活力以及T45’-脱碘酶活力均显著提高,揭示了褐色脂肪组织的产热机理。 The adaptive thermogenic properties and mechanisms in Brandt's voles during cold exposure were studied in this paper. The results were as follow: Body temperature (Tb) of Brandt's voles exposed to cold (5±3℃ ) decreased sharply for first 2 hour. Tb of voles exposed to cold for28 days changed less than that for 1 day. Weight of brown adipose tissue (BAT) increased significantly after 28 days exposed to cold- Protein contents of BAT enhanced after 1 day in cold, but protein content of liver enhanced after 28daysin cold. The cAMP content in BAT increased after 1- day-cold exposure, and increased much more after 28 days-cold acclimation,but that in the liver didn't change obviously with cold exposure. Na+/K+-ATPase activity of BAT was activated after 1 dayexposure to cold,but one in liver was stimulated only after 28 days-exposure to cold.Cold exposure for 28 days induced a rise of thyroxine 5'-deiodinase activity in BAT.These results suggested that Brandt's voles exposed to 5±3℃ for 28 days strengthened their capacities of adaptive thermogenesis, and the adaptation and the thermogenesis of BAT in cold was established mainly through activating cAMP ase and T45'-deiodinase.
