摘要
为探讨下肢深静脉功能不全的外科治疗，对４５例下肢深静脉功能不全病例的病情，手术方法，预后进行了比较、分析。阐述了不同的病情应采用不同的术式。文章认为大隐静脉剥脱并交通静脉结扎术是不应放弃的手术。股浅静脉环缩术是治疗下肢深静脉功能不全的有效术式，有远期复发的可能。静脉外肌襻成形术是疗效确切的术式。但有一定的并发症发生的可能性，应严格掌握手术指征。
In order to explore surgical operation treatment for deep vein insufficiency of lower extremitties, 45 cases were analysed in terms of condition of illness, operation method and prognosis. it showed that different operations should be based on different case conditions and the method of striping great saphenous vein and communicating vein ligation should not be abandoned. Superficial femoral vein constriction operation has some effect on deep vein insufficiency of lower extremites but with possibility of late relapse. Lateral muscle flap plastic operation of popliteal vein is of therapeutic effect with certain possibility of complication to occur, so operation indication should pay more attention.
