摘要
通过对国产引进型600MW机组切向燃烧锅炉在原设计工况下炉内和水平烟道内的冷态模化试验研究,得出残余旋转是造成其水平烟道内烟气偏差的根本原因,烟气走廊的存在更加剧了烟气偏差,并在此基础上对采用反切技术时炉内和水平烟道内流场进行了测量,得出了一些重要的结论。
Abstract The isothermal cold modeling test is applied to research flow field in furnace and horizontal flue gas channel of 600MW tangentially fired boiler in this paper.It's thought that residual twirl in furnace outlet is the root cause of flue gas velocity deviation, an flue gas corridor aggravates velocity deviation in flue gas channel. Flow field in furnace and horizontal flue gas channel is measured when opposing tangential circle direction of some secondary air. Some important conclusions are drawn. Figs 6, table 1 and refs 5.
