摘要
数字电视发射机采用OFDM调制方式,其信号具有频带宽、载波多、峰均比高等特点,因此对发射机中功率放大器的效率提出了非常高的要求.作者将Doherty功放引入前端功率放大器,介绍了Doherty功放的原理和基本结构,通过计算机仿真验证了这种功放电路在数字电视发射系统中的应用效果,并设计了具体的实际电路和进行了测试.结果表明,所设计的Doherty功放很好的解决了目前数字电视前端发射机存在的效率低的问题,具有很高的实用性.
OFDM modulation is used in the digital TV transmitter.This signal has some characteristics such as wide bandwidth,multi-carrier,high PAPR,etc.The efficiency of transmitter power amplifier will be made in very high demand.In this paper people will pull Doherty amplifier in the front-end power amplifier,introduced the principle and basic structure of Doherty amplifier.Through computer simulation people can verify the performance of this amplifier circuit in the digital television transmission system.Also we design the actual circuit and test and achieve real results.Through the results,we can find that the Doherty amplifier has soluted of the low efficiency problem in digital TV front-end transmitter.So it has great relevance.
