导管室空气中黄曲霉菌含量监测 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解导管室空气中黄曲霉菌污染程度及规律,为制定科学的控制感染对策提供依据。方法采用平板暴露沉降法,在1年中不同季节分别选择1个月中4个星期手术日的第1台介入术后,对导管室不同环境空气中黄曲霉菌进行采集、培养、计数和分析。结果在4个季度均采集到黄曲霉菌株,以春季含量最高,其次为夏季,秋、冬季相对较少,年平均含量147.2cfu/m3。结论导管室空气中存在黄曲霉菌污染,应采取措施进行预防。
