摘要
研制成一种小型、便携式、低值、对人眼安全、无合作目标的LF1系列半导体LD激光测距仪。工作波长:λ=905nm;测距范围:14~1000m;测距精度<±1m;重复频率:100Hz。有多种工作模式,具有省电功能。它的测距能力优于国内外同类低值LD激光测距仪。LF1激光测距仪是一种光子雷达系统。本文从光子测距方程、系统结构、信噪比分析角度,讨论了系统的优化设计。
LF1 series LD laser rangefinder (LRF) have been made,the LRF is a mini,low cost,eye safe,no cooperation target.The main performance of LF1 series laser rangefinder:laser wavelength: λ =905 nm;measurement distance range:14 1000 m;Precision of measurement:<±1 m;repetition frequency:100 Hz;it has multi operation mode and save electric function.The measurement distance ability is better than same type low cost LD LRF.LF1 LRF is a photon Radar system,the optimum design of the system has been discussed according to the photon measurement distance equation,the configuration of system,signal noise ratio.
