摘要
目的:探讨经阴道剔除子宫肌瘤的方法及临床运用价值。方法:对75例经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:75例患者141个子宫肌瘤均一次性剔除成功,最大直径为8cm,术后随访6个月未出现明显并发症。结论:经阴道实施子宫肌瘤剔除,患者创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短,腹部不留瘢痕,满足爱美女性的审美愿望。
Objective To investigate the method of vaginal myomectomy and clinical application value.Methods The hospital having 75 month of the implementation of vaginal myomectomy patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results 75 patients with 141 uterine fibroids are removed one-time success,maximum diameter of 8 cm,patients were followed up for 6 months without significant complications.Conclusion Vaginal myomectomy implementation,patient trauma and faster recovery,shorter hospital stay;abdomen without leaving scars,desire to meet the aesthetic beauty of women.
