天香丹速释颗粒崩解剂的筛选

摘要 目的对天香丹胶囊速释辅料逐一进行考察并优选出制备速释颗粒的最佳方法。方法对单一辅料制备的天香丹胶囊首先进行崩解时限的考察,优选出崩解效果较佳的3种辅料,通过正交试验筛选出最佳混合比例。结果最优辅料的最佳配比是微晶纤维素:羧甲基淀粉钠:低取代羟丙基纤维素为1:2:3。结论优选出的辅料制备的速释颗粒崩解迅速、可行。 Objective To ptimize the best preparation technology of rapid-releas pellet by studying the disintegrants one by one.Methods The studyson the observision of the disintegrate time of the capsule which made of single disintegrants,then three materials were sellected based on disintegrate effect.Finally,the best mixed proportionwill be determined by orthgonal test.Results The best mixed proportion ratio of Avicel:CMS-Na:L-HPC is 1:2:3.Conclusion The rapid-releas pellet which made by the best materials is disintegrated quickly.
