摘要
以铝型材厂污泥和叶腊石为主原料制备莫来石材料,在研究确定最佳配方、最佳煅烧温度和最佳保温时间的基础上,探讨CaF2矿化剂对莫来石晶相结构、显微结构和性能的影响,从而确定出最佳CaF2矿化剂添加量。采用XRD法和SEM法表征各试样的晶相结构和显微结构;用Rietveld Quantification法确定各试样中各晶相的含量;测试各试样的性能。综合结构与性能分析结果,确定最佳CaF2添加量为0.5%,其对应的莫来石含量为99.6%,体积密度为2.47g.cm-3,气孔率为13.13%,吸水率为5.3%,抗折强度为71.04MPa,抗折强度保持率为82.14%。
In this research,waste slag of aluminum factory and pyrophyllite had been used as raw materials to synthesize mullite materials.Based on optimal prescription,sintering temperature and holding time,the influence of CaF2 mineralizer on the crystalline phases,properties and microstructures were mainly discussed.XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize the crystalline phases and microstructures of the sintered samples.Rietveld quantification analysis was used to calculate the content of crystal phases.And the properties of all sintered samples were also tested.The optimal content of CaF2 additive is determined to be 0.5wt%,which leads to a sintered specimen with mullite of 99.6wt%,bulk density of 2.47g.cm-3,apparent porosity of 13.13%,water absorption of 5.3%,bending strength of 71.04MPa and bending strength maintenance of 82.14%.
