摘要
目的探讨皮肤软组织扩张器应用中的并发症原因及其预防处理措施。方法回顾性总结我院1995～2010年408例皮肤扩张术后发生的并发症,分析并发症出现原因,阐述防治处理措施。结果本组408例,共计使用扩张器582只,64只出现并发症,发生率为9.1%,其中感染20只,血肿12只,外露15只,不扩张8只,扩张囊成角畸形9只经积极保守处理,有13只(20.3%)治疗效果受到影响,其余均获得完全成功。结论应用皮肤软组织扩张术进行整形修复可以达到良好效果,发生并发症主要为感染、血肿、外露、不扩张及扩张囊成角畸形,采取积极措施可预防或减少并发症。
Objective To explore the complications related to the skin parenchyma dilater clinical application,and summarize its prevention methods.Methods Retrospective study the complications of 408 hospitalized patients treated with skin parenchyma dilatation from 1995 to 2010,analyze the reason and explain the methods of prevention and cure.Results Five hundred and eighty two dilaters were used in 408 patients,in which,64 parenchyma dilaters have the complications,the ratio is 9.1%.The complications included 15 in-stances of expander exposures,8 cases in which the expander became unexpanded,12 cases of haematomas,20 infections and 9 became the angle to be abnormal,13 skin tissue expanders presented severe complications.After positive conservative treatment,there are 13 （20%） skin parenchyma dilaters have effect.Others were success completely.Conclusion Skin tissue expansion technique of soft tissue can reach good cosmetic result.However,it is hindered by long-term treatment,multiple complications and other factors.Has the complication reason is mainly infects,the haematoma,instances of expander exposures,the expander became unexpanded and becomes the angle to be abnormal.Appropriate operative technique,the choice of surgical methods,careful observation and immediate treatment were important for preventing and reducing the complications.
