摘要
《温病条辨》创立了温病三焦辨治纲领,并将三焦辨证与卫气营血辨证融为一炉,完善了温病的辨证论治体系。吴鞠通紧扣湿邪病机,遵循《内经》药物性味配伍理论,按照三焦辨证及卫气营血辨证规律,强调治湿应注意清、化、利,并按照上、中、下三焦分为宣气化湿、燥湿泄热、分利湿邪、条达肝木四法。
Systematized Identification of Warm （Pathogen） Diseases created the guiding principles of triple energizer syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases, and combined syndrome differentiation of triple energizer and syndrome differentiation of defense qi and nourishing blood, perfecting the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases, Wu Jutong closely thread up the pathogenesis of damp pathogens, following the compatibility theory of property and flavors of drugs, and in accordance with the rule of syndrome differentiation of triple energizer and syndrome differentiation of defense qi and nour, ishing blood, he emphasized that clearing, resolving and soothing should be noted while removing dampness; and according to the upper, middle and lower triple energizer, he put forward to four methodsdiffusing qi and removing dampness, drying dampness and discharging heat, soothing dampness and heat, and harmonizing the liver-wood.
