摘要
广西独特的地域优势、海洋资源优势、西部大开发的政策优势为海洋经济发展提供了条件。推进广西社会协调发展的基本要求和目标是:坚持社会协调发展与海洋资源合理开发和保护并重;实现海洋经济与人类社会的协调发展。推进广西海洋经济与社会协调发展的路径是:优化海洋产业结构;推进海洋环境视角下的社会协调发展;实现海洋区域经济与社会整体联动发展。
Guangxi＇s unique superiorities of region,marine resources and policy of western development provide conditions for the development of marine economy.The basic requirements and objectives of advancing social coordinated development in Guangxi are： to pay equal attention to insisting on social coordinated development and the rational development and protection of marine resources;to achieve the coordinated development between marine economy and human society.The approaches are： optimizing the structure of marine industries;advancing social coordinated development in view of marine environment;achieving the interactive development between ocean regional ecomomy and the whole society.
