摘要
基于掘进面瓦斯爆炸原理与事故致因理论建立了掘进面瓦斯爆炸事故模型,并在此模型和瓦斯爆炸危险源分类基础上建立了掘进面瓦斯爆炸事故树模型,提出了基于事故树分析的掘进面瓦斯爆炸事故的定性分析方法。以黑龙江某矿7256掘进面为例,建立了该掘进面的瓦斯爆炸事故树模型,并对该事故树求最小割集和最小径集,评价了该掘进面引起瓦斯爆炸的主要因素,并提出了防治措施。研究结果表明,有120种可使7256掘进面发生瓦斯爆炸的基本事件组合,防止该掘进面瓦斯爆炸的有效途径是加强通风管理,防止掘进面风量不足,加强放炮和设备检修时的安全管理。提供了一种基于基本事件的模糊概率计算顶事件概率的方法,为定量分析提供了一种简便、可靠的方法。
The gas explosion accident model is established based on the gas explosion principle of the heading face and the accident-causing theory.Moreover,on the basis of this model and the classification of gas explosion dangerous source,the gas explosion fault tree model of the heading face is established,based on which an qualitative analysis method of heading face's gas explosion accident was proposed.Taking the 7256 heading face in a certain mine of Heilongjiang Province as an example,the gas explosion fault tree model of the face is established,the minimal cut sets and least path sets were solved and main factors caused gas explosion of the heading face were evaluated.Based on these some protective measures are proposed.The results show that there are 120 kinds of combination of basic events which caused gas explosion at 7256 heading face,an effective way to prevent the gas explosion at face is strengthening the ventilation management,preventing inadequate ventilation,enhancing the safety of the management on blasting and equipment maintenance.A method based on the fuzzy probability of basic event to calculate the probability of top event is proposed,a simple and reliable method is provided for quantitative analysis.
