摘要
为了准确地获得采煤机螺旋式滚筒载荷分布情况,提出了一种实时离散化的计算方法。以滚筒上单个截齿受力情况为基础,通过矢量叠加得到在不同方向上的总体瞬时载荷分布,算法同时考虑了不同工况(牵引速度、煤质硬度、进刀方式等)对载荷的影响,仿真结果准确有效。
A new load calculation method of shearer helix drum has been studied and put for-ward based on the discrete ideas.In the calculation process,the general load can be calculated by the vector sum of all single tooth force.The effects of main factors have been taken into ac-count in the method.The simulation result of drum forces is shown in the end of the paper.
