摘要
北宋医家庞安时精究医术,钻研伤寒,妙得长沙遗旨.其学术思想,上承《内经》,《难经》,旁涉诸家,阐发伤寒,推论温病,每多灼见.现仅存《伤寒总病论》一书.《伤寒总病论》是庞安时研究《伤寒论》的结晶,是对张仲景《伤寒论》注释性的著作.其处方用药,在〈伤寒论〉的基础上有相当的补充和发挥.此外,对温病的病因,病机及其治疗也提出了个人的见解,为后世温病学说的创立和发挥,开辟了门径.
PANG An-shi is a famous doctor in northern song dynasty, researching Shanghan disease. His academic thought, receive the effect of Nei-jing, Nan-ring, and other other scholars, on Shanghan, Wenbing has a special insights. Now only the Shanghan Zongbing theory this book. Shanghan Zongbing theory is crystallization of PANG An-shi study on Shanghan theory, is on important book of ZHANG Zhong-jing Shanghan theory. His prescription drugs, basis on the Shanghan theory has equivalent complement and play. In addition, on the pathogen pathogenesis and treatment of Wenbing proposed his opinion, for the founded and play of Wenbing theory, to contribution.
