摘要
目的:探讨多种因素对药物流产效果的影响。方法:对本院近20个月药物流产患者2 980例进行整理,分析患者的年龄、孕次、孕囊直径、子宫位置、既往分娩方式及辅助用药等不同因素对药物流产效果的影响。结果:患者的年龄、孕次、孕囊直径、子宫位置、子宫体疤痕是影响药物流产效果的主要因素。结论:选择药物流产时,严格掌握其适应症有助于提高药物流产的效果及安全性,减少并发症的发生。
Objective：To discuss various factors on the effect of the medical abortion. Methods：To the hospital nearly 20 months to collate 2980 eases of medical abortion, analysis with age, pregnancies, gestational sac diameter, uterine position, previous drug delivery mode and support of different factors on the effect of medical abortion. Results： With age, pregnancies, gestational sac diameter, uterine position, uterine scar that affect the safety of medical abortion factors. Conclusions： Select medical abortion, the strict control of its indications, will help to improve the effectiveness of medical abortion and security and reduce complications.
