摘要
目的:探讨康复新液治疗痘疮样胃炎(verrucous gastritis)的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年7月至2009年7月来我科就诊的痘疮样胃炎患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组51例,对照组49例。每组给予雷贝拉唑10 mg,日1次口服1周,治疗组给予康复新液10 ml,日3次口服2周,对照组给予磷酸铝凝胶20 g,日2次口服2周。结果:治疗组显效率70.6%,总有效率90.2%;对照组显效率49.0%,总有效率73.5%,两组间疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液治疗痘疮样胃炎疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of patients with verrucous gastritis（VG）.Methods：Hundred patients with VG treated in this department were selected for study during July 2008 to July 2009.Hundred patients with verrucous gastritis were accepted with Rabeprazole 10mg once a day for 7 days.The fifty one patients in treatment group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid 10ml three times a day for 2weeks,and patients in control group were taken with Aluminum phosphate 20g twice a day for 2weeks.Results： Compared with the control group,the rate of efficiency in the treatment group were higher（90.2%vs73.5%）（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse effect in the treatment group.Conclusions： Kangfuxin Liquid with Rabeprazde on verrucous gastritis can effectively enhance the curative effect of patient with verrucous gastritis,relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and has no adverse effects.
