摘要
讨论了长壁工作面液压支架与围岩力学相互作用的实验室和现场测定研究结果。包括:掩护式支架对顶板的主动和被动水平支撑作用;实验室和现场观测得到的顶梁和底座载荷分布规律等。讨论了不同支架结构对顶底板控制效果的比较和支架结构选型依据;考虑不同地质采矿条件支架最佳支撑能力确定的理论研究结果,其中包括直接顶不同裂隙类型和坚硬难垮落顶板压力显现条件下的支架阻力计算。
Abstract In combination of given geological
conditions, this paper rationally selected a structure and parameters of a hydraulic powered
support. With the study in the laboratory of mutual function between the hydraulic powered
support and surrounding rock mechanism of the site measurement, the results shown that the
active and forced horizontal support function of the two legs shield support would be favorable
to stop a separating movement of the roof rocks. From the above study, a loading distribution
law of the canopy and base of the hydraulic powered support has been developed. Also the
vertical and active canopy horizontal force of the support have been calculated. From the above
study, a forced horizontal force of a forward pushing for the support was developed and a
distribution of floor pressure rate was developed. A support resistance of the hard and difficult
falling roof and a rotary tendency of the direct roof were developed. This paper had a further
analysis on the structure mechanism of different supports to provide a scientific basis for an
optimum selection of the support.
