摘要
目的 研究甲磺酸氨氯地平在治疗原发性高血压中的临床疗效及其不良反应.方法 48例原发性高血压患者,每天服用甲磺酸氨氯地平5 mg～10 mg,采用自身对照的原则,观察治疗6周后患者的收缩压及舒张压变化及不良反应.结果 经过6周的随访,患者的收缩压、舒张压均有显著的降低（P〈0.05）,其中显效34例（70.08%）,有效10例（20.83%）,总有效率为91.66%,不良反应为8.33%.结论 甲磺酸氨氯地平能有效的降低血压,其疗效确切、安全,使原发性高血压患者受益.
Objective to investigate the clinical effect and Adverse reactions of Amlodipine mesylate on Essential hypertension. Meth- ods 48 patients with essential hypertension, daily dosed of amlodipine mesylate 5 mg- 10mg, using the principle of self - control, observed after 6 weeks of treatment in patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure changes and adverse reactions. Results After 6 weeks of follow - up, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in those patients were significantly lower （P 〈 0. 05）. The results shows obvious effct in 34 cases （70. 08% ）and effective in 10 cases （20. 83% ）. The total effective rate was 91.66% and adverse reactions 8.33%. Conlusion Amlodipine mesylate can effectively lower blood pressure, which is effective and safe to benefit patients with essential hypertension.
